2020 “The Year that lasted 4 Years”

Hello DAISY LIST Readers,                                                     POST 2020-17

“When the storm is over, you won’t remember how you made it through.

When you come out of the storm,

you won’t be the same person who walked in.

That’s what this storm’s all about.”–

Haruki Murakami

I wasn’t sure how to end the year with my last post of 2020.  So many things to review, but so many are negative I hesitate to revisit.  In a nut shell everyone pretty much knows how bad things were, for some worse than others.

You can read about all of my trials and tribulations in my previous posts.  For this post I want to focus on what’s ahead.  I want to predict all good things.

First of all, I’d like to focus on the eradication of COVID19.  Let’s get that under control.  Nothing else really matters until we do.

Next let’s focus on the political situation and get that in order.  At least try to heal and stop the severe divide in this country.  Get rid of all the civil unrest, try to bring people together.  Sorry I sound like a Beauty Pageant contestant, “I want world peace.”  But in fact, I do want world peace.

Then let’s all get on with our lives.  Try to live our “best lives now.”  For DAISY LIST it means the opening of the Daisy List shop in the 1st quarter of 2021.

Our catalog will provide a wide array of merchandise and apparel that will motivate people to focus on that “best life”.

We want to get back in the groove of taking the DAISY LIST brand around the World.  Reignite the promo, “Where in the World is Daisy List?”

We’ve come a long way but there is so much left to be done.  We have big plans, but I’ve learned that the schedule you put down on paper does not always keep track with what actually happens.

Some of the plans are:

  • more presence on all of the Social Media sites.
  • align ourselves with a major charity to help raise money and awareness of childhood cancer.
  • a travel site, providing premier access to booking sites
  • a line of jewelry
  • taking the Daisy List brand International.

I look forward to all of these plans, and I hope all of you have similar GRAND PLANS.

Level up your DREAMS, AMAZE the World.

Make a Daisy List, but don’t make it just a list, let it become your lifestyle.  Use it as your “go to place” for keeping your eye on the prize.

The world breaks EVERYONE, and afterward,

some are strong at the broken places.

Ernest Hemmingway
